Bio:		Richard Adlam has worked on some of the biggest musical projects of the last decade, including two Grammy winning and seven Grammy nominated records. These include titles from Lil Wayne, Taylor Swift, One Direction, Kanye West, Bruno Mars, Avicii, Jessie J and Iggy Azalea.
